Plastiqual uses modern, high-tech equipment to produce and finish your parts, and to make and maintain your moulds. With a new 1800m² building and 100% electric injection moulding machines from leading manufacturers, we are at the cutting edge of the sector.

Injection moulding machines

Our injection department is equipped with 17 high-performance machines ranging from 5 to 420 tonnes of clamping force, with injection capacity from 0.1 to 2,500 cm³. This diversity of machines, combined with our flexibility, enables us to respond effectively to the production needs of small and medium-sized runs of industrial parts that require tight tolerances and specific materials.

Our mechanical workshop specialises in the manufacture and maintenance of injection moulds. Thanks to our on-site presence, we are able to intervene quickly and efficiently, ensuring uninterrupted service for our clients. The machining techniques available in our workshop enable us to respond to a wide range of requests, both from clients and our plastic injection moulding department.
